What happens if I cancel within the trial period?If within the first 7 days of your trial, you decide our membership is not for you just let us know and we will cancel it for you. Once cancelled, you will no longer have access to the members area and your license key will stop working.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription after the trial period?
If you cancel your subscription after the trial is over, your existing plugin versions will continue to work. However, you will no longer receive customer support, nor will you receive major updates to any of the plugins.
- Can I sell or modify your plugins?
Nope. Nada chance. This is a violation of use of our plugins. Anyone caught doing so will be pursued by our private watchdog (and he is pretty vicious).
- Can I use you plugins on client sites?
We offer two options; an individual membership or an agency membership. Under the agency subscription you can use our plugins on clients sites as part of a paid service to your clients. You cannot use our plugins on client sites if you have the personal use membership account.
- Can I purchase a plugin separately?
Yes you can. The pricing structure is different (Initial purchase price plus yearly support fees). You can learn more about each plugin and purchase it separately (at a higher cost) by clicking here.
- Will my subscription fee ever change?
No. Your initial subscription will remain until such time as you decide to cancel your membership. However if you decide to re-join at a later date, you will pay the new subscription fee at that time.
